I didn't particularly understand why everyone had said the staff here was awful in the reviews. I went to check in and the man at the front desk was making jokes with me, making me feel like I'd been family honestly. Throughout the week that I've been here, staff had been very kind to me, very accommodating and helpful. Props to them for whatever they fixed to make it that way! The room itself was very clean, stocked with everything you'd need for a weekend, and they're happy to provide more if you needed. Microwave, fridge and coffee in room, with a coffee bar down in the lobby if you like it! There's good breakfast, sausage, seasoned potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles!! And of course the cold stuff like yogurt and cereal. That had oikos! Which was so surprising to me. Very nice.

Best Western Clermont: Exceeds Expectations Initially, our expectations for the Best Western Clermont were low, based on previous experiences with similar hotels. However, the hotel exceeded expectations in several ways. The room was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized for a group of four with a twin bedroom setup. The complimentary breakfast also surpassed expectations. Unlike other similar hotels that offered only cereal, Best Western Clermont provided a buffet, the breakfast's variety were really good for the affordable price of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the Best Western Clermont provided a comfortable and convenient stay with great value. .

It was easy to enter! We beds were amazing. We stayed for two nights and everything was clean and spotless. Checkout wasn’t bad either. I got two rooms and they had them next to each other. Easy to get in and out with our key cards. Breakfast was limited. But hey! It was differently worth it. We were on a trip we ate everywhere honestly. The prices were super affordable. I did read the comments and it was a lot of mix reviews, but the guy at the front desk was very helpful, efficient, fast, and friendly. We would love to come back and visit and stay there again!

Check in took 5 minutes, check out took 2 seconds. The room was nice and cold which we loved and it was very clean and nice. I checked the beds for creatures because I'm paranoid from previous old reviews but everything was perfect. We used the fridge and microwave. Bathroom and shower was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. I loved the waffles lol. Will definitely be using this location again for future concerts.

The continential breakfast was definitely a perk. The staff was very friendly. The water pressure was great! I saw a lot of compliants that people were saying the water pressure was bad and room was outdated. I didn't see that at all. The room looked updated.

We were able to bring our dog. They had a nice dog park. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was great.

The staff was all very friendly. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The free breakfast selection was pretty good. This was my first time staying in a motel and rented this one on a whim. It worked out great and was better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. We didn’t have time to check out the outdoor pool, but it looked clean.

First time I went there. I was welcomed by Sherry who was awesome! She was so kind, comforting and professional! She did everything she could so that I have an enjoyable stay. She immediately made me feel comfortable after a draining flight. Thank you Sherry! And thank you to Lydia as well! Nice room with big bed and everything you need. Breakfast was good too. Nex time I will come to Cincinnati I will go back there with no hesitation!

The breakfast was great, actually when I booked I messed the fact that you offered continental breakfast. I was good not to have to leave the premises for food. What impressed me too was the location, which wasn't far away from the city, but...the secenary I was able to walk around the hotel a few times even branched through the neighborhood.
